Darlington County, South Carolina: home to much more than the SC Governor's School for Science and Mathematics. No, this bustling center of commerce hosts untold amounts of history, culture, shopping, fine dining, entertainment, and nightlife. The only problem is that the Darlington Tourism Board has been having a tough time getting the word out about this diamond in the rough. Sensibly, they have turned to us, the state-acknowledged writing staff of the Underground, for help in re-tooling their ad campaign.
